At Hope & Ivy, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase, but if your item isn't quite right, you have 28 days from receipt to return it for a refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is neatly folded and all Hope & Ivy tags remain intact.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to download and print your prepaid return shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed by our team.
